A 9-digit session code will appear. Share this code with your technician so they can connect securely.
Download Splashtop SOS
Open your web browser and go to the official Splashtop SOS website.
Click the Download for Mac button to get the installer (.dmg file).
Open the Installer
Locate the downloaded file (usually in your Downloads folder).
Double-click the .dmg file to open it.
Install the Application
Drag the Splashtop SOS app into the Applications folder when prompted.
Once copied, go to your Applications folder and double-click the app to launch it.
Grant Permissions (first launch only)
macOS will ask for permissions such as Accessibility, Screen Recording, and Full Disk Access so the remote technician can assist you.
