Windows 10 Boot camp Stuck on Version 19

So if you still have a old version of Windows 10 either in Boot Camp or using a Virtual like Parables or VM Ware you may encounter this odd software block to upgrade the Build to the last build for Windows 10 Version 22H2.

On any web search it will give you a list of rebooting try again, disable Anti Virus the list goes on. On the AI search which is more common than you think on web browsers it claims “This can be caused by a temporary glitch in the Windows Update system” and then points you to the trouble shoot steps to fix this which is rather funny as most people would have tried most of those ideas prior to running a search. What AI will do when it thinks we are not needed any more to reboot them I would love to know.
