Outlook for Mac sync fixes

Unfortunately, there is still no time-based sync slider (e.g., “Mail to keep offline” for 1 year, 6 months, etc.) in Outlook for Mac — neither in the classic version nor in the “New Outlook” for Mac.   • Classic Outlook for Mac (version 16.x): Only offers “Download headers only” in Account > Advanced.
