Hard Drive Storage for all your External 2.5″ Drives

A question that has always been asked how do you store your external hard drives in such a way they are mobile but also protected from the elements and accidental drops etc.

You can go down the route of buying some protect caddy drive cases, which I have used to great effect in the past however I found walking around with several bootable macOS external drives in caddy cases a bit taxing. In short we need a better method to carry them and keep them in a collective for easy access and to help prevent the mislaying of devices.

How to Upgrade Your SSD In a MacBook Air 2013- 2017

This short video shows you how to upgrade your SSD on a MacBook Air from 2013 – 2017. Tools:

1 x T5 Torx Screwdriver.

1 x P5 Pentalobe Screwdriver

1 x Anti Static Wristband Wrist Strap Band ESD Discharge

1 x Anti Static Mat 1 x SSD M.2 NVME (check before you buy it does work with the model)

Time: 10-20 minutes to install around 1 hour to install the Operating System.

Please remember macOS is not backward compatible so a machine made later than an Operating System wont boot. From Catalina 10.15 the Operating System architecture changed to macOS (64 bit) Mojave and below is running on 32 bit.
