Starlink Mini Kit with Battery power

A new Product has popped up for the mobile (Roaming ) Starlink Mini Kit.

Unlike the 18V battery tool from starlinkbits.com that I reviewed a few weeks ago (link below) this product fits neatly into the back of the Starlink Mini Kit. You do have to remove the existing Starlink stand but unlike its competition it does fit neatly into the back of the mini box allowing you to lay the mini kit down flatter than the 18V battery option. (see below)

So the battery is 65W with a charge time of around 3- 4 Hours (Currently its coming in at around 2.5 hours, this will change as the device is used more and more)

The touch screen is very useful it has lots of information on the display. I do like the power consumption timer very handy to know how long you have on battery.

On the starlink Min Kit the power plug is on the left it is very obvious however always check before plugging in. The right side has the ethernet option which is a nice feature as long as you can weather tight the cable. Unless you need it for a mobile device the wifi should suffice. To fit the product lay the starlink flat (facing down) place the battery power lead into the power port and then slide the battery into the back of the starlink mini kit. It fits neatly into the back of the device. You are then good to go. To power on just press the power button. It takes a few seconds to boot then your good to go. The wifi network should appear and once joined you should be good to go.
