How to enable file share when it stopped working in legacy macOS like Catalina.

This seems to be an issue with older macOS software. If you search the internet you will find many forums of people complaing they are unable to enable SMB file share options in system settings (Preferences) for legacy machine macOS. Unable to update Ventura to 13.7.7

There seems to be a lot of talk about the new software build from Apple for Ventura not been able to be installed on some machines. The error that comes up when you run software update “Failed to prepare the software update. Please try again.” In very small font is says “Please try again” if you not got the message is the first place. Had a few machines with this issue along with a boot drive which is a clean macOS running 13.6 so lets look into a work around to fix this issue or blip.
